Hi my name is Betty, I live in a pretty little fishing village on the North East Yorkshire Coast with my hubby Den and my youngest son Lee. It is very quiet here during the winter months but very busy during the summer months due to holidaymakers who come here for the lovely fresh air, quiet bays, caves and the cliff top walks. It is also a place where you can take a boat trip out for a days fishing or just for a trip round to tour the cliffs and bays. My hobbies Lots so long as it does not involve the kitchen,,lol,, I love writing poetry, I love to sketch and paint in fact anything you can put on paper. I also like sewing and riding my bike when the weather permits. love horses,cant really remember when we have never had one in the family. My eldest daughter has a gray Arab gelding called Blue and she also rides her friends Arab Alex which she enters in jumping, dressage competitions etc. I used to love to ride, but I dont seem to get time for that pleasure these days sighs.
