Elite Costume House was founded in 1910 and operated in Southern California for over ninety years. In 1990 The Horses Mouth was formed to handle Historical Clothing, Period Uniforms and supplies for reenactors, living historians, museums and film. At the turn of the 21st century we pulled up roots and moved lockstockandbarrel to Baraboo Wisconsin. We still provide Theatrical Makeup, specialty Concealors and Coverup foundations for tattoos and blemishes, as well as Face Paints and Supplies.
