In the 1950s Michaels mother Jeannine Sicard started making wreaths in the family garage for extra Christmas money. Michael was a very young boy and helped his mother by piling the boughs neatly to make it easier and faster. We continued the wreath making and in 1987 Vermont Center Wreaths was established in Newport Center which is 2 12 miles from Canadian border near Lake Memphremagog. Our children and also our grandchildren are a very important part of our business.
